In 2019, that work began in North St. Louis — shaped by the stories we encountered every day.
Over and over, I kept seeing people doing everything they could: showing up, asking for help, trying to follow the steps, and still ending up stuck. I saw kids, families… entire neighborhoods falling through the cracks. Not because they weren’t trying, but because the systems they were navigating weren’t built for them.
We didn’t have a roadmap, but we had a reason, and that was enough to start. Today, that reason is backed by strategy, structure, and a vision built to last.
